Mr. Adnan Hayee serves as Group Chief Executive Officer at Westcom Group Limited Mr. Hayee has over 26 plus years of professional international experience spanning the fields of Telecommunications, Commercial, Finance and Information Technology. He has a passion for operational excellence and a proven history in building, developing, leading and retaining high performing teams. His experience includes presiding over startups, turn around ventures as well as high growth emerging markets. Before taking up the Zamtel appointment, he worked for Vodafon Zambia, Sierratel, Zamtel, HiTS Telecom of Equatorial Guinea as Chief Financial Officer, formulating and implementing financial strategy. Prior to that, he was with Warid Telecom of Ivory Coast where he doubled his roles for the first seven months as Acting Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer overseeing a USD 400 million green field operation. From 2005 to 2008, he worked for SabaFon GSM - Yemen and Warid Telecom of Congo as Senior Manager Finance and Chief Financial Officer respectively. He commands extensive experience in managing mergers, acquisitions, funding and Initial Public Offers (IPOs).
Mr. Ragen Amin commenced his Chartered Accountancy articles in 1986 and after qualifying I was promoted to Manager and then Personal Assistant to the Senior Partner. Been in practice now for over 30 years. Have held various positions as Partner/Director in a number of firms. Looked after a portfolio of around 120 clients ranging from sole traders to multi-million pound turnover limited Companies. Clients encompassed a wide variety of industries such as professionals, IT, retail, property, fashion, media, restaurants, construction, travel.
Duties included meeting clients, finalizing audits and accounts, preparing tax returns and calculations (both personal and corporate), liaising with HM Revenue and Customs on a regular basis including dealing with tax investigations. Preparing reports such as projections, budgets, management accounts and due diligence reports. Dealing with Company Statutory matters such as annual returns, board minutes & resolutions. Advising clients on business start-ups, offshore structures, tax planning, insolvency advice.
Dipak Jotangia brings with him over 25 years of legal, commercial and business skills. He has established expertise over a broad range of legal issues and regularly advises companies over a spectrum of industries, from the electronics and drinks sector, international trading companies to food giants such the Subway® food chain in the UK. He has lectured both here and abroad on a number of areas including freezing orders and international compliance/money laundering issues. Mr. Jotangia’s commercial acumen means that he is instructed by clients to advise on a wide range of commercial issues, from joint venture agreements to sale/purchase and international trade contracts.
